Casa Àsia

This cultural center was created to improve the knowledge about Asia in Spain and to promote the development of relations among Asian and Spanish societies. They do this by analyzing the civic, political, social, cultural, economic and environmental issues in Asia.

Asia has been growing tremendously for the past decades into one of the most dynamic geographic centers of the planet. Therefore, Casa Àsia contributes to the building of a project based on collaboration among all the agents interested in Asia and the Pacific. With this purpose, Casa Asia was created in 2001.

Casa Àsia wants their platform to be open for all those interested in learning and sharing knowledge about Asia. This way, they hope to approach both societies. Their cultural center has the purpose of being an intercultural communication space. Therefore, they offer a wide variety of exhibitions throughout the year, among other things such as workshops, movies, arts, languages and more.
