This cute apartment is well located in the heart of the old city (in Parc neighborhood), just next to the Borne district, famous for its endless offer of fashionable shops and restaurants in Barcelona. Just 3 minutes walk to the Picasso Museum, next to the Ciudadella Park, and within short walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and las Ramblas. The recently renewed Santa Catalina market, a new tourist attraction of the city and where you can buy high quality fresh food and vegetables is also within minutes walk. It is 3rd floor (without elevator), as the building is a typical beginning of the century old building of Barcelona. The apartment has 45 m2, distributed with one double bedroom (with bathroom), large kitchen and nice living room. It sleeps 1 to 3 persons. It has a good size double bed in the main bedroom with bathroom in suite and a single sofa bed in the living room for an extra guest. The kitchen is large and completely equipped and there is a dinning table in the living room. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Barcelona: it has air condition in the bedroom and the living room as well as laundry machine and dryer.
