Brand new 2 bedroom apartment located in the Raval, in the very centre of the old city of Barcelona, 1 minute walk to “Las Ramblas” and within just minutes from all major tourist attraction in the old city. Great option for your accommodation in Barcelona.  It is also very near to the old port of Barcelona (5 minutes walk) and the “Barceloneta” neighbourhood. The “Maremagnum” ocio and shoping centre is near as well as the beautiful Palau Guell (designed by Gaudí) and the Museo Maritimo -   all within just a few minutes walk.  Plaza Catalonia is just a 10 minutes walk away and the Gothic quarter as well as the Rambla del Raval are within few minutes distance.

The building is brand new and was built in 2008 with great care and to a high quality standard. The street is a quiet street and there is almost no traffic in it. The building has 5 floors and there is an elevator. The apartment is very stylish and has been recently equipped and decorated with plenty of care. It has 1 large double bedroom with a double bed (can be separated in to 2 large size single beds), another double bedroom with 2 single beds, large bathroom with shower and a living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed. The kitchen is completely equipped and is opened to the living room. There is a door that seperates the living room from the rest of the apartment, for more privacy. The apartment is fully equipped and includes a part from linens and towels: washing machine, flat TV + DVD + cable TV, central air conditioning and heat, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils, as well as a safe to keep small valuable things. Wi-Fi Internet connection is also available with no extra charge. It is a great apartment, that we highly recommend.
