Hyr lägenhet i Barcelona. Många av våra Barcelona lägenheter ligger i hjärtat av "Barri Gotic". Beläget direkt väster om Rambla är den berömda Barri Gotic eller gotiska kvarteren, tidigare känt som Cathedral Quarter (katedralkvarteret). Området sträcker sig ungefär från Ramblan till Plaça Nova (L-5). Det är här den romerska Barcino kolonin grundades under det första århundradet och vars romanska vägg går tillbaka till tredje århundradet. Kanske den period av stadens största prakt var från XIII-XV-talet, där det flesta i detta gotiska kvarter byggdes och idag innehåller många av stadens mest berömda byggnader.

De smala, slingrande gatorna skapar en labyrint och innebär att det kan ta ett tag att få bukt på områdetr. Vi rekommenderar att du alltid ska se omkring dig så du inte missar några av de finaste platserna. I de gotiska kvarteren finns gott om torg där man kan slappna av och njuta av omgivningen.

Två av de vackraste torgen är Plaça del Pi, med sin gotiska basilika, och närstående Plaça Sant Josep Oriol. De är båda livliga platser som förvandlas till marknader för konstnärer på helgerna. Men en av de största attraktionerna, mitt i centrum i denna stadsdel är den stora katedralen i Barcelona som har en fantastisk innergård full av växter och konstigt nog, gäss. 

Shopping är också en stor del av den gotiska delen av Barcelona, från det mer livliga och kommersiella området Calle Portal del Angel till alla de små butikerna på Calle Avinyo. Se till att du vandrar runt för att uppleva och njuta av allt du kan, detta kvarter i Barcelona är perfekt för en eftermiddags promenad.

Det finns tunnelbanestationer på båda sidor av de gotiska kvarteren. Det finns 3 stationer på Las Ramblas som går upp på ena sidan av området och på andra sidan finns Jaume 1 stationen. Men det här kvarteret är relativt litet och de flesta av stadens sevärdheter är inom promenad avstånd.
