This is a recently renovated, spacious, and beautiful 104 sqm apartment is located in the heart of the city, just minutes walk to the famous Las Ramblas street. It has 3 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. It is on the first floor (elevator available). The apartment has classical design maintaining some of its original features such as the 18th century beautiful ceilings, original typical Catalan floors, all restored by the owner. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms: one excellent, comfortable double bedroom with double bed. Another sunny double bedroom with double bed, cloakroom and direct access to the terrace. On the Rambla del Raval you have the opportunity to stop for a coffee or a glass of wine and to watch the lively goings-on.
