This enormous apartment, perfect for a big group, is located in an old historical building and has wooden floors throughout, as well as stunning original features such as characteristic wood beam ceilings and original stone walls. It features five balconies and three windows that keep it full of Mediterranean light. Newly remodeled and refurnished, with 160 square metres of space sleeping 10 guests, this is one of the biggest short term rentals you will find in Barcelona!

With five double bedrooms, made up of a mixture of 5 double beds and two singles, and two double sofa bed in the living room, the apartment can sleep up to 10 people more than comfortably, with room for more. There are two large modern bathrooms, complete with shower and bath.

Situated on the third Floor (admittedly without a lift), the apartment is fully outfitted with kitchen utensils, bed linen and a fully equipped bathroom: wireless internet connection,CD player, fridge (with freezer), washing machine, dishwasher, heater, air conditioning and complete household furnishings. This is in the highly revered El Born district, known for its unquestionable charm and authenticity. It is minutes from all the action, in between the beach and the centre, Plaza Catalunya: a historic building (built in 1600) which was renovated whilst still adhering to strict conservational guidelines so as not to lose the historic facade of the ancient Gothic Quarter.
