We chose to rent an apartment as my husband and I were travelling with our 3 year old toddler and our other 7 year old daughter, and it is just much more practical with the kids. It was great just being able to make dinner some evenings, as the kids were tired and getting cranky, and it would have been a chore to drag them to a restaurant. Plus the terrace was great!
