- Het vakantie appartement ligt op de 3 verdieping,
- en heeft 65 m2.
- Er zijn 3 kamers aanwezig met de volgende faciliteiten:
- 6 eenpersoonsbedden,
- 1 tweepersoons sofa bedden,
- en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met potten, pannen, bestek, serviesgoed etc. Al onze appartementen hebben bedlinnen en handdoeken.
- In dit appartment geldt een minimum verblijf van 3 nachten.
- Er is ruimte voor 7 personen.
- Het is gelegen in het centrum van Barcelona, in het Gothic gedeelte.
Dit appartement is recentelijk gerenoveerd, met speciale aandacht voor de karakteristieke eigenschappen van het appartement, zoals de houten balken en het bakstenen plafond. Het beschikt over 3 slaapkamers: één slaapkamer met 2 aparte bedden (welke bij elkaar geschoven kunnen worden tot dubbel bed), een suite en tot slot een slaapkamer met 2 aparte bedden en een stapelbed. In het appartement bevinden zich 2 complete badkamers met ieder een douche. De woonkamer heeft een dubbel sofa bed en geeft toegang tot het royale balkon waar u in alle rust kunt genieten van uw ontbijt, lunch of dinner. De keuken is compleet uitgerust en beschikt onder meer over een oven, electrische kookplaat, magnetron, wasmachine, broodroaster. Er is airconditioning aanwezig in de woonkamer, alsmede verwarming in het gehele appartement. Wifi internet kunt u kosteloos gebruiken. Het appartement is gelegen op de 3e verdieping (geen lift aanwezig). Als u de deur uitloopt bent u binnen een paar meter op de Ramblas, van waaruit u vrijwel alle toeristische bezienswaardigheden in de historische binnenstad binnen een paar minuten kunt bereiken. Ook de zee en de metro liggen op 5 minuten loopafstand.
Hoewel het appartement zeer centraal is gelegen is het goed geisoleerd en kunt u in alle rust genieten van uw verblijf in Barcelona.

this apartment is great...really recommended!!
Perfect location. Right in the middle of everything, but still fairly quiet (appartment faces towards the back side)The handover of the keys ect. worked very well, although our flight was late and we arrived really, really late (1.am) The appartment is really well equipped (microwave, TV, Wifi,washing machine, towels, shampoo, towels for the kitchen, toilet paper ect. ) The apartime staff gave us an adress where to rent bikes for 5 Euro a day (literally 4 Min. walking distance). Also you can leave luggage there, if you have a late flight out and you have to leave the appartment. We (family of 4 - teenage kids) would definitely stay there again. The apartment is very comfortable for 4, still ok for 6.
Nice apartment-very close to grocery stores/tapas bars/restaurants/La Rambla. Immediate vicinity is a little dodgy, though. Construction was going on during our stay (saws and pounding starting ~8 in the morning every day on an adjoining building). Would have chosen another apartment, if I had known this. No elevator, and on 4th floor-very narrow and harrowing wrap around steps. Difficult to carry up luggage. Once you're up there, though, it's well appointed and pleasant.
Excellent value for money Apartment in a great location just off Las Ramblas. Would definately stay there again when next in Barcelona.
Appartamento molto centrale vicinissimo alla Rambla, non l'abbiamo però trovato molto pulito e vi era sempre un odore di cucina visto che ci sono diverse abitazioni in zona di notte con le finestre aperte c'è un pò di rumore.
The location of the apartment was quite perfect, few meters from La Rambla. We recommend to enter into the Landcaster street form the street Carrer Nou de la Rambla. Supermarket DIA very close (cheap). The apartment was clean and had all the equiment needed. We stayed there with 4 kids and still felt quite comfortable. We are recommending this apartment as the value for money is very good. The staff was helpful and polite.
Loved the apartment. Location was excellent though the street looks a bit scary at first. Everything looks new and spotless and exactly as in the photos. The contact person arrived 5 minutes after we informed him that we had arrived. Air condition is not strong enough and doors of rooms should remain open. We didn't like the idea of leaving the luggage at another place (someone who also make airport transfer - maybe suitable to those who intend to use such a service). Apartime should indicate the possibility to rent lockers at Placa Catalunia (info at the tourist information there)which is very convenient if you intend to take the bus to the airport from there. You can also shop nearby, store your bags there and come back with more shopping.All in all the apartment was a great bargain and I will definitely recommend it to any family/group of friend going to Barcelona (provided they have no problem to climb 4 floors each time. Also we enjoyed guitar players every evening while sitting in the terrace!
This is a good apartment in a great location and overall was excellent value for money. Arrival was a bit of a fiasco as we couldn't get through on the number given. Eventually we looked up a number on the website and were told we would be met in 15 minutes. An hour later we phoned again. The woman who answered seemed really cross with us for ringing back which seemed a bit unnecessary.So we spent our first 2 hours in Barcelona waiting around.Please don't say 15 minutes when you're not sure- we could have done something with that time!

Apartment location excellent. Seemed smaller than it looked in the pictures Bunk room stuffy with no windows. Nice terrace but not the view of air con units at the back.Access from rather dodgy looking small street and up steep old stairs but this is normal for this old part of town. Really close to 2 or 3 supermarkets Location couldnt be faulted
It was a great location, with the balcony overlooking Palau Guell an extra bonus. Loved the locationy, really close to Las Ramblas and all the attractions of the city. The staff representative who met us there on Sunday was very efficient and helpful. Everything worked well in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, except for a cutting board which would have been useful for all that lovely bread bought at the markets, beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water. Overall rating very good.
The only slight let down for this apartment is the street that it is on,it looks quite rough.If you can see past this,it is situated a couple of minutes from La Ramblas,has all the equipment you would need inc free wi fi,very clean and new looking, and met by a very pleasant and english speaking member of their staff. As a frequent visitor to Barcelona, I would definitely use this apartment again.A great apartment.
