Het vakantie appartement ligt op de 5 verdieping,
en heeft 50 m2.
Er zijn 1 kamers aanwezig met de volgende faciliteiten:
1 tweepersoonsbedden,
1 tweepersoons sofa bedden,
en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met potten, pannen, bestek, serviesgoed etc. Al onze appartementen hebben bedlinnen en handdoeken.
In dit appartment geldt een minimum verblijf van 3 nachten.
Er is ruimte voor 4 personen.
Het is gelegen in het centrum van Barcelona, in het Raval gedeelte.

Het appartement is gelegen op de Rambla del Raval, met tal van bars en restaurants, op minder dan 10 minuten. lopen van de beroemde Las Ramblas en 12 minuten. naar Plaza Catalunya. Dicht bij metrostation (L3) en de oude haven van Barcelona. De MACBA en de CCCB liggen op slechts 2 minuten lopen van het appartement, evenals alle van de prachtige winkels bars en restaurants van de wijk Raval.

Een dubbele slaapkamer, een complete badkamer (met douche), een woonkamer met een slaapbank voor twee personen, gloednieuwe keuken (inclusief wasmachine) en uitgang naar een mooie 30m2 prive terras (met tafel, stoelen en ligstoelen) met de hele dag zon. Volledig uitgerust, inclusief televisie en een cd-speler. Leuk appartement en zeer aanbevolen door onze klanten.

Great value for money! I paid 85 Euros per night (low season rate) which was much cheaper then any 3 starts hotel in the area. The terrace is great and there is plenty of natural sun light all day. I recommend the Fish and Chips restaurant located at the building entrance.

Amazing apartment! In a prime location and the large rooftop terrace offers the best of both worlds for a city break complete with sunbathing. Excellent value for money, would definitely return.

The location was very central. It not in the most secure part of the city. The terrace was fabulous and made our stay really enjoyable. Would have been nice to have some basic extras for cooking such as oil and condiments and a larger coffee pot. The bed is low so not the best for people with restricted flexibility.

Loved the roof top terrace. Now we know hte city and what we like about it - might prefer to be closer to St Jaume, but not disappointed with our selection going in blind as we were. Only real negative was lack of a corkscrew in the apartment!

Einfach mit super Terrasse (Sonne auf Terrasse von früh bis zum Nachmittag). Zum Strand läuft man 35-40 min., zur Ramblas sind es max. 10 min. und zum Supermarkt 3 min. Uns 4 hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alarmgesichert umd mit WLAN bzw. WiFi. Vor Bezug muss man dort anrufen, damit der Schlüssel übergeben wird. Die öffentlichen Telefone haben alle nicht funktioniert. Gut, dass wir ein funktionierendes Handy dabei hatten. Teuer ist der Bus vom Flughafen. Also gleich ein Taxi bis zum Appartment nehmen!

We stayed here for a week in August .. found it very easy to move about in Barcelona and a great location from which to visit all the sites. The appartment is about 15 minutes walk from la Rambla or 5 minutes if you take the Metro at Parallel just around the corner. There are cafes/restaurants and small shops all around so bringing groceries back to the flat is not a problem .. somewhat of a bohemian area though so walking home after closing hours might not be recommanded. We had no problems there thought .. found the flat very clean and the terrace was fantastic!

The apartment was in a great location, abut 5 mins walk to la rambla and close to tube station. Really comfortable and the roof terrace is great, really spacious and nice to have dinner out on, sunbathe etc. Lovely and clean, definitely recommend.
