How it Works

Booking on line your apartment in Barcelona with APARTIME.COM is simple and completely secure. The only thing you will need is a valid credit card and email address.

Most of our apartments in Barcelona can be booked directly through our web, in 3 simple steps:

1. Choose the apartment you like among all our Barcelona apartments. Once you are situated in the apartment page (where you have all the details of the apartment, such as pictures, location map, calendar, prices etc.) fill up the reservation details in the bottom part of the page (“your booking”) and press “Calculate”. If the apartment is available for the intended dates, you will find below a detailed summery of your reservation, including the total cost and the reservation deposit amount. (If the apartment is not available you can search again by availability for another apartment in the same page). Clicking the button "Proceed" will take you to the on line “Booking Form”.

2. At this stage you will be asked to fill up the on line booking form. Please fill it up carefully with all the required details. Very important! Make sure the email address you use in this form is a valid one and is the email address you use normally, as this will be the email address that will be used for the rest of reservation process. After you have filled up the form, read the General booking terms and confirm by clicking the box. Then click on “Book Now!” button.

3. Review again your booking details in order to make sure they are all correct, then click the PayPal icon below to proceed with the reservation deposit Payment, using the secured PayPal system. Important: you don’t have to own a paypal account in order to make the payment using your credit card!

Some of our Barcelona Apartment requires the owner availability confirmation before you can make the final reservation deposit payment. In this case, after you fill up the on line booking form you will receive within 24 hours an email confirming the availability of the apartment and only then you could proceed with the deposit payment, using the secured “PayPal” payment system for completion of the booking process.

 

After concluding with the payment of the reservation deposit you will receive within 24 hours (during week days) and 48 hours (during week ends and holidays) a definite “Confirmation Email” for your booking. This Confirmation email has all the relevant information of the reservation, such as the apartment address, check in service telephone number (or the owner telephone number), balance to be paid and the rest of the terms of the booking. When you travel to Barcelona make sure you bring with you a copy of this Confirmation Email as it will serve as your booking voucher.
