Barcelona has a great selection of vacation rentals, the most difficult thing is choosing which area to rent your accommodation in Barcelona.
Saying "the best" is asking for a heated argument, as it is a very subjective thing. However, these are the areas our clients have told us they like the most for their holiday apartments in Barcelona.
The three main areas people tend to stay are:
- Raval – due to its central location and great nightlife, the Raval is always a popular area in Barcelona to stay, especially with young people
- Gothic – With building several centuries old, and treasure troves of shops and hidden away restaurants and bars, the Gothic area caters for all tastes
- Eixample - built at the turn of the last century, the example boasts wide tree lined streets and classical architecture. More residential than other areas, and with less tourists.
