This apartment is situated in an area called ”Eixample Izquierda” (eixample left). It is situated 2 blocks from the metro station Rocafort and the avenue Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, with its length of 13,1 kilometres making it the longest street in Spain. It is also few minutes away from Plaza Espana, Montjuic Parc and Parc Miró, as well as Universitat and Raval. The area has many restaurants, bars and cafés.

The Eixample area stretches across the centre of Barcelona and is characterized by long straight streets, a strict grid pattern crossed by wide avenues, and square blocks with chamfered corners. It is a very popular district with both locals and visitors alike.

This apartment is spacious and bright, decorated in a sparsely yet stylish way with new IKEA furniture. As you enter the apartment a hallway meets you. There are 4 bedrooms in this apartment:

3 twin rooms, 1 single room and also a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. All the beds are singles, but with prior request, can be pushed together to make doubles.
