Brand new 2 bedroom apartment located in the popular Raval area, in the very centre of the old city of Barcelona, 1 minute walk to Las Ramblas and just minutes from all major tourist attraction in the old city.

The building is brand new and was built in 2008 with great care and to a high quality standard. The street is a quiet street and there is almost no traffic in it. The building has 5 floors and there is an elevator.

The apartment is very stylish and has been recently equipped and decorated with plenty of care. It has 1 large double bedroom with a double bed (can be separated in to 2 large size single beds), another double bedroom with 2 single beds, large bathroom with shower and a living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed.
