Recently renovated apartment (2011) of 3 bedrooms located in one of the most exclusive areas of the old city of Barcelona, el Borne. This apartment is surrounded by the most stylish and fashionable shops and galleries. Some of the most exquisite restaurant of Barcelona are located within minutes walk.

The apartment has just renovated completely and it has 3 double bedrooms as well as a living room and 1 bathroom. In all bedrooms there are double beds and in the living room there is a double sofa bed. This apartment in Barcelona can accommodate up to 8 persons. It is on the 3rd floor in an old but renovated building and there is no elevator in the building. All the bedrooms are exterior and enjoy good ventilation as well as sun light. The apartment is very quite as it is located in a very small street of the old city of Barcelona with very little movement Barcelona in an area accessed only by pedestrian, so practically there is no car noise whatsoever.
