A meno di 10 min a piedi da Las Ramblas e 12 min da Plaza Catalunya. L'appartamento si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana (L3) e all'antica città portuale.
L' appartamento ha una camera matrimoniale, bagno (con doccia), salotto con divano letto matrimoniale, cucina nuova (compreso lavatrice) e l'accesso a una bellissima terrazza privata di 30m2 (con tavolo e sedie) dove batte il sole tutto il giorno. Cute little rooftop.
Great value for money! I paid 85 Euros per night (low season rate) which was much cheaper then any 3 starts hotel in the area. The terrace is great and there is plenty of natural sun light all day. I recommend the Fish and Chips restaurant located at the building entrance.

Mostly superb, but the shower had bad water pressure.... Loved the terrace & the airconditioning!
Fantastic location in the heart of the city, right in the middle of things, and with views over Ramblas de Raval that you'll never tire of.
Nice apartment, location & balcony. Walls are a bit thin so noisy neighbours TV bit annoying one night but otherwise great.

Amazing apartment! In a prime location and the large rooftop terrace offers the best of both worlds for a city break complete with sunbathing. Excellent value for money, would definitely return.
Lovely terrace. Great location in heart of Barcelona. Quieter than staying right on Las Ramblas. Very efficient service.
