Parc del Labyrinth

Barcelona has a lot of wonderful hidden parks. Park Labyrinth is one of them. Its one of the most oldest and one of the most beautiful parks in Barcelona, which makes it very interesting to visit. It was build in 18th century by Italian architect Domenico Bagutti. The park was owned by Desvalls family, but in 1971 they had to give the territory away to the city of Barcelona, because they could not take care of it anymore.
Park is situated in Horta district, which is quite far from the center. By metro from the plaza Cataluny it will take 20-30 minutes. Park itself is quite big and its surrounded by forest. There are lots different flowers and plants in the park. But the most interesting thing is the labyrinth where you can get easily lost.
