This cute apartment is well located in the heart of the old city (in Parc neighborhood), just next to the Borne district, famous for its endless offer of fashionable shops and restaurants in Barcelona. Just 3 minutes walk to the Picasso Museum, next to the Ciudadella Park, and within short walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and las Ramblas. The recently renewed Santa Catalina market, a new tourist attraction of the city and where you can buy high quality fresh food and vegetables is also within minutes walk. It is 3rd floor (without elevator), as the building is a typical beginning of the century old building of Barcelona.
