Great apartment, we have used it for a week and enjoyed it alot. Great loction, just off the Ramlas and in minutes we were in the beach. Also very comfortable. Make sure you visit the Maremagnum complex and the old port of Barcelona, they are just around the corner... I recommend the Pakistaní restaurant on Nou de la Ramla street, almost in the corner with Las Ramblas, I think it is called Rajah...

When we booked this apartment we weren’t sure about the location, we were worries it might be too busy and noisy. The lady in the agency told us it was a quiet apartment but I wasn’t sure if to trust them. It results that this apartment was wonderful. The street is very quiet street with no cars transition at all, the apartment is exactly as in the pictures and we had great time in Barcelona. I really recommend it for families with children. For anyone staying in Barcelona who wants to be near all the main attractions in a quiet side street off La Ramblas. I highly recommend staying here! Great value for money, very well equipped, clean and modern apartment. I will be staying here when I come back!

We found it difficult to co-ordinate our group since there were only 2 sets of keys. We were not always together for the trip so it made it difficult when 1 person needed to get back in but did not have a key.

Great situation and pleasant enough apartment, a great feel to be living amonst locals, but a nightclub called Les Enfants almost opposite and goes through the night, with people loitering loudly in clusters in the street right outside the apartment. Earplugs essential! and the street-cleaning truck comes most days at about 5am...No instructions were provided for washing machine, microwave, television or cooker (stove-top heating elements either didn't function properly or an instruction needed). Shower cubicle very mouldy, loo seat not securely attached,linen store chest broken, therefore inaccessible for fear of its collapse. Can opener didn't work.

Me and my three freinds were staying in this apartment for three night. The location was great and the receiption guy was friendly too. However smells from the drains in the bathroom was unplesant & noze from the out side of the building in the early morning time (03:00~05:00) caused us lack of sleeping. Overall we enjoyed the stay and recomand for the new visitors to choose this apartment because of the convience location and the decent desgin .

Great Location. The street is quiet for traffic but there seems to be lots of nocturnal activities which are easy to hear through the windows. A smell persisted throughout the apartment for our entire stay. But those are the only negatives. Really great location, well equipped, good support. Yes we would recommend it again.
