Appartement 2 chambres d'un très beau design, très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de Las Ramblas et à 10 minutes de la Plaza Catalunya. L'appartement dispose de 2 grandes chambres doubles avec un lit double dans chacune, un grand salon avec une cuisine ouverte et 1 grande salle de bains. Cet appartement est complètement extérieur avec une grande fenêtre de sorte qu'il bénéficie de beaucoup de lumière directe du soleil. L'appartement est entièrement équipé et dispose d'air conditionné télévision, dans le salon, chauffage central, chaîne hi-fi, magnétoscope / lecteur DVD et lave-linge. Il est au 5ème étage avec emplacement elevator.The de cet appartement de vacances est excellent, dans une rue courte distance de marche de la belle Rambla del Raval, le musée MACBA, le CCCB, Plaza Catalunya, du quartier gothique et Passeo de Gracia sont tous à quelques minutes marcher. Grand appartement à court terme de location à un prix super (si vous n'avez pas l'esprit à propos de sa hauteur).

We loved our stay in this apartment. It's very nice. But you need to love walking stairs.

This is a spacious apartment in El Raval. Despite the long walk-up (you will need the exercise after all that tapas) this is a convenient place from which to base your stay. You are 5 minutes from the legendary La Boqueria and you have a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare the best that coastal Spain has to offer. What could be better? Cautions: El Raval is a youthful neighborhood and so it is loud at night sometimes, but the neighborhood is largely safe for travelers. There is no in-unit broadband so depending on your Internet needs you may need to visit the cafe downstairs and across the street for a cafe con leche. Lastly, Spain has wonderful coffees so it would be nice if the apartment had a Bialetti or some other simple espresso maker. Otherwise, great stay and service and I'd stay there again.

En general estaba bien pero la fotos no corresponden bien al apartamiento o sea esta más usado ahora. Creo tambíen que podría estar la califacción a funcionar antes para estar más confortable.

It is a good apartment , well equiped and located.Billy who gave us the keys was very attentive .The only problem is the elevator which can transfer one person at a time .

Very central location and fairly comfortable apartment. It is, however, smaller and more worn out than it appears on the web pictures, especially the bathroom. Even if it is on the 5th floor, it is noisy at night, especially after midnight.

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment (as in the photos). Only in the bathrooms need some minor repairs are made. Great location, about 8 minutes to Las Ramblas and the nearest Metro station. Apartment is on the 5th Floor. Lift is available, but has only one person space. Handover has worked out fine. Be happy again.

Nice, bright apartment with simple equipment, 8 minutes from the Rambla. The bathroom could do with small renovations. The host always has responded to our requests quickly. We felt comfortable and would come again.

Very good location of the apartment, central location (although you can get a bit noisy at night) The apartment is the 5th floor and is accessed by a lift VERY small (the smallest I've ever seen, a person with a suitcase just enter !). If you plan to have a stroller or any large luggage, plan it up the stairs! And NOT send bags alone for the elevator, and as we are locked and we could not get the bag for a while. Luckily the host sent a technician very friendly and fast. Overall the apartment is very comfortable. Make sure you are if you book you have the correct number of guests. We were 4 and we had no pillows for everyone because of this error. But the host was very friendly and always quick to help with any problem.

Lejligheden var slet ikke så lys som på hjemmesiden, da de lyse gardiner var skiftet ud med mørke. Gardinerne på værelset var alt for lange og derfor meget snavsede. Der manglede lys i flere lamper i loftet og i emhætten. Bruseholderen i brusenichen kunne ikke holde bruseren og der manglede hylde til at sætte sæbe fra sig på. Lågen til fryseren i køleskabet var itu og derfor var der meget is i denne. Airconditionen slog sikringerne. Bortset fra disse forhold havde vi en god ferie i Barcelona.
