This large 4 bedroom apartment is ideal for groups, with 100m2 and sleeping up to 10 people. Located in the stylish Born area, next to the Santa Maria del Mar church and the Paseo del Borne, with restaurants and bars with terraces, ideal for eating al fresco or enjoying a nice cold beer and watching the world go by.

The apartment is classical in style, retaining its traditional french windows opening onto small balconies (large enough to sit out on) and ceilings, but refurbished with a modern, minimalist feel.

There is a full kitchen, one bathroom with shower, a dining room and a large living room, with double sofa bed.

Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including washing machine, dryer, kitchen equipment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and broadband wifi internet.

There are 8 single beds in 4 bedrooms. The beds can be pushed together to make a double. A further two people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator.
