Konekäännös
Tämä kaunis katolla huoneisto oli täysin remontoitu ja sijaitsee keskellä yksi ylellisimmistä pistettä Barcelonan. Se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista ja Plaza Catalunya.Barcelona Ritz hotelli on vain kadun toisella puolella ja Paseo de Gracia-katu on vain 2 korttelin päässä."Paseo de Gracia" metroasema on 2 minuutin kävelymatka, ja päärautatieasemaa "Plaza Catalunya" 4 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta. Myös tämä Barcelonan loma huoneisto on helpon pääsyn Mercat de Sant Antoni, suurin markkina lajissaan Barcelonassa.
Huoneistossa on 45 m2 ja siellä on suora yhteys olohuoneeseen ihana terassi 20 m2.Huoneistossa on 1 kahden hengen makuuhuone, jossa parisänky ja olohuoneessa on vuodesohva. On täysin varustettu keittiö, 1 kylpyhuone (suihkulla). Sekä olohuone ja makuuhuone runsaasti luonnonvaloa auringon valoa.
Huoneistossa on täysin varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitset, joiden suurin miellyttävää oleskelua. On ilmastointi yksikkö, plasma TV kaapeli-TV, DVD, puhelinlinja ja internet ADSL. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet ovat myös saatavilla. Tämä huoneisto on erinomainen vaihtoehto majoitus Barcelona.

Comments: Location excellent, 5 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya, supermarket downstairs from apartment and a beautiful sunfilled balcony - what more could you ask for!!
Terrace space is limited by 6 very large plants, otherwise excellent. Snooker club across street good for a quiet drink. - E. Brown
This was a great apartment in an excellent location. The only negatives were the linen and the TV. The linen was quite worn and we were only given one full size bath towel along with a few smaller towels. The TV was too small to view comfortably from the couch, so we watched movies on our laptop.
We were very happy with the location and the apartment itself. The only off putting part was the fact that there is construction going on nearby. You could do with providing extra pillows as most people sleep with more than one pillow.The pillows themselves could do with changing as they were badly marked, but overall it was good

Good location, globally good appartment EXCEPT the unbelievable noise and the dust created by massive building works 5 metres from the balcony, just behind the left curtain on the Apartime photograph. Very angry that Appartime say they were not aware, since it is obvious that the works begun long ago (already 6 or 7 floors have been constructed). Their helpful solution was "Sorry, but no other atico available". Thus our feeling of having been ripped off. Anyway, during 16 days, we learned how to accommodate with Spanish working hours, lunchtime, pauses, weekends and we learned a lot about construction technique. Check before you rent this one, because the guys still have a lot to hiiiiss, tzonkkkk and bangggg !!
Response by owner: We are very sorry about the construction going on. We did offer other apartments to these tenants, however we did not have any available with a terrace but they chose to stay. Please note that construction work is still going on, and we advise that this apartment is only suitable for people who intend to spend most of the day out sightseeing.
We enjoyed our one week stay at the Gran Via Rooftop at the end of October. The location is ideal for walking to many areas, the terrace was ideal for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine (yes, even in late October!) and it was nice to have the kitchen facilities. A grocery store in the next building was convenient. Thank you!

Look no further, this is the perfect apartment for two in a perfect location, near to everything! It's very cosy and you'll feel right at home here. Downstairs there's a supermarket with just about everything you might need. The subway is around the block and there's restaurants all over the place. And if you have any problems the Apartime team is always there to be of assistance. Very good!
Only issue was with the warm water in the shower. We could have used more detailed information on how to make maximum use of the system. It was very nice to have the additional guide books and maps in the apartment.
