We had a great time. Apartment is in a great location, right on la Ramblas, but set back sightly and quiet at night. Staff very friendly. The shower needs fixing, there is a holee in the line that sprays water everywhere. - Kuchaski

The Location is really good and for the central place relatively quiet. The space is ok for 2-3 people; for more persons it will be quiet packed. The bathroom is not very dry; so there are first signs of mildew and colour peeling off.

This was a great location and was one block off Las Ramblas. It is located right in the Barri Goti area and just a few blocks from the Cathedral. There is a grocery store close by off Las Ramblas where you can buy stuff to store in the apartment. The unit has a small refrigerator which is perfect. If you are used to having ice there is not much supply of it. There is only a minimun supply of items like tissue paper, toiletries, coffee and tea. So if you are staying more than a couple of days you will have to buy some ot these items. You will also have to use the same supply of towels that are supplied The one bathroom is a good size. The one great feature is the location. You are really cose to a lot of the action. The Ramblas is great during the late afternoon and has a lot of night life. The Barri Goti is a great place to walk and shop around in. The weather was great ,but this was during april-May. The unit did have a air condition unit ,but did not have to really use it as the temperature was very cool during this month. Not sure how much the unit will cool during the warmer months as it appears to be a wall unit. The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the check in and check out went very smooth. The one thing we did not like was the late check in fee so be aware of that if you have to check in after 8 p.m. The apartment will fit four people comfortably. Plenty of space for 2. The noise is not bad ,but at times you can hear some of the partying going on from Las Ramblas. If you are looking for inexpensive transportation take the bus from the airport to Plaza Cataluna and it is a short walk to the apartment. The apartment check in person was on time when we showed up. All in all I would recommend this apartment because of its location, cleanliness and ease of use. However, know this is not a full service hotel where your beds are made for you each day.

Detailed instructions for operation of washer are needed. The cycle numbers and dial are not clear at all. I even tried to Google for the brand of the washer and could find no information. Also, you should provide some type of checkout list. There was some information provided at checkin, but we received no copy so difficult to know for sure what was required. Should note that there was no noise from Ramblas, but there were MANY people in the complex who were very loud until very late at night - some may have been parties, but others sounded like yelling. Light in bathroom was out, and no switch would work small spotlights in main bedroom. Would be nice if you could provide some method for hanging clothes to dry outside.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well situated. It was in a very crowded part of town, but there was very little noise to be heard in the apartment. The alley was a bit worrisome, small and not very clean, but that is to be expected in view of the location of the apartment in the old part of town.

הגענו בשלוש לפנות בוקר וחוייבנו ב- 50 יורו ולא ב- 35 כפי שרשום בחוזה וחבל. יש בעיות אחזקה קטנות בדירות כמו תאורה חסרה, שקע לא תקין ששווה לעשות מאמץ קטן ולתקנן.

Nice apartment. Good location (very close to the Market). very good value for the money. The only problem with the apartment was the bathtub that was dripping. But other then that, we enjoy the place very much. Will recommend it to our friends. Miriam and Gilat

Smack in the middle of La Rambla. The building doesn't look like much from the outside - and the street smells a bit off - but it really couldn't be located any better. Thanks for a great trip!

This apartment was great value for money and in a perfect location - walking distance to most major sights and 2 minutes walk from La Boqueria market. We would defnitely book it again
