- Tässä asunnossa voi yöpyä vähintään 3 päivää.
- Asuntoon voi majoittua 4 henkilöä.
- Asunto sijaitsee Barcelonan keskustassa Raval alueella.
Tämä on kaunis kattohuoneisto Barcelonan sydämmessä. Asunto sijaitsee Rambla del Ravalissa monien baarien, ravintoloiden ja kauppojen lähettyvissä. Se on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kuuluisasta Las Ramblasta ja 12 minuutin päässä Plaza Catalunzalta. Asunnon lähellä on kolmannen linjan metroasema sekä vanha satama. Nykytaiteen museo MACBA ja kulttuurikeskus CCCB ovat myös ihan asunnon nurkilla.
Asunnossa on yksi kahden hengen sänky, kylpyhuone suihkulla, olohuone sohvasängyllä, täysin uusi keittiö pesukonella ja ulos pääsy kauniille 30m² terassille (pöytä, tuolit ja aurinkotuolit), jossa aurinko paistaa koko päivän. Asunto on myöskin täydellisesti kalustettu ja varustettu mm. TV ja CD-soitin. Tämä on loistava asunto, jota monet asiakkaamme suosittelevat.

Cute little rooftop.
Great value for money! I paid 85 Euros per night (low season rate) which was much cheaper then any 3 starts hotel in the area. The terrace is great and there is plenty of natural sun light all day. I recommend the Fish and Chips restaurant located at the building entrance.

Mostly superb, but the shower had bad water pressure.... Loved the terrace & the airconditioning!
Fantastic location in the heart of the city, right in the middle of things, and with views over Ramblas de Raval that you'll never tire of.
Nice apartment, location & balcony. Walls are a bit thin so noisy neighbours TV bit annoying one night but otherwise great.

Amazing apartment! In a prime location and the large rooftop terrace offers the best of both worlds for a city break complete with sunbathing. Excellent value for money, would definitely return.
Lovely terrace. Great location in heart of Barcelona. Quieter than staying right on Las Ramblas. Very efficient service.
The location was very central. It not in the most secure part of the city. The terrace was fabulous and made our stay really enjoyable. Would have been nice to have some basic extras for cooking such as oil and condiments and a larger coffee pot. The bed is low so not the best for people with restricted flexibility.
