After opening her first restaurant in Lerida (Lleida), that ended up being one of the most popular vegetarian restaurant of the region, Catalán chef Teresa Carles opened her second restaurant in Zaragoza that turned out to be a great success as well! This popular vegetarian concept can not be missed in Barcelona, so Teresa Carles opened her doors in March 2011 in the upper Raval neighborhood. This first restaurant with the cook´s name serves a varied healthy breakfast-brunch and has an open kitchen from 12pm to 12am. All the dishes are served with a bowl of fruits and vegetables produced in our region, cereal, homemade pasta, seaweed, milk and derivated products and vegetal protein. You will find everything, except meat and fish! Not only they serve the best quality food but you can buy products like olive oil, marmalade and wines. Furthermore take a look in “The sky kitchen, vegetarian recipes” a book that contents 115 recipes of the best vegetarian kitchens of the world, written by Teresa Carles herself in 2003.
