Beatiful apartment in the best possible location in the old city of Barcelona - just on the Las Ramblas avenue, in the bottom part, 2 minutes walk to the Barcelona port, the maremagnum shopping centre, the "Maritim" museum and other tourist attractions. Plaza Catalunya is just a 10 minutes walk up the Ramblas and the Boquería Market is near by.

This apartment is much more than its location, it is a beatifull completely renovated almost 70 M2 of charm. It is situated in a singular classical building that has more than 200 years of history and that has been renovated and restored completely some 10 years ago. It is a listed building with plenty of character.

The apartment itself is located on the 2nd floor (an elevator is available in the building) but it looks towards the back part and not towards the Ramblas street, and therefore it enjoys an extremely quiet and tranquil environment. The apartment has plenty of natural sun light and has 2 big balconies where one can have breakfast or a coffee.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The flat's layout includes a living room with a double sofa-bed, 1 large size and very comfortable master bedroom en-suite (with bathroom) with a double queen size bed, a large kitchen with dining area and a supplemental single sofa bed for an extra person.

This Barcelona apartment is completely equipped and has a central air condition and heating system, completely equipped kitchen, TV, hify system, Digital cable TV, wifi Internet, washing machine etc...

Great place to pass marvelous vacations in Barcelona being in walking distance from most of Barcelonas major tourist attractions in the city centre.

great apartment in a super location,right on the Ramblas (next to a sex shop so if you have kids be prepared). Apartment was clean and comfortable. However we were two people (not a couple) and when we asked where the extra bed covers for the sofa bed were the staff was not impressed, and said we would have to pay extra for a second set. Nevertheless we got it sorted without having to pay extra. One piece of equipment missing was a toaster but this was not a problem really. Apart from that a great apartment and I would definitely reccommend it, and will return myself in the future.

This apartment is very nice and perfect for what I wanted. Although it is right on Las Ramblas it is very near the harbor. At night it can be a little shady but nothing to worry about as lots of places in Barcelona can be dodgy. The place is NICE though.
