Precioso apartamento de cuatro dormitorios cerca de Las Ramblas, a poca distancia de las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad vieja de Barcelona. 3 dormitorios dobles (uno con cama de matrimonio y 2 con 2 camas individuales cada uno) + 1 habitación triple (con una cama litera) y un amplio salón con sofá cama doble y una cocina completamente equipada. 3 baños completos (1 con bañera, 2 con ducha), este apartamento es ideal para grupos o familias numerosas, con capacidad para 12 personas. El apartamento está completamente equipado con aire acondicionado, TV de pantalla plana grande con DVD y sistema de sonido de cine en casa. Se ha reformado conservando sus rasgos clásicos como las vigas originales, grandes ventanales y espacios grandes. Con una excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, a sólo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro, a 2 minutos de Las Ramblas y cerca de la Plaza Catalunya. Muy cerca se encuentra el Port Vell de Barcelona, el Museo Marítimo, el MACBA Museo de Arte Moderno, el Museo del cerumen y muchas atracciones más.

This apartment is amazing for a group of friends going to Barcelona. It is literally a minutes walk from Las Ramblas strip, which has the underground station, Bars, Restaurants and more. Also the beach is only a 15 minute walk away, which seems like nothing as there is so much going on on the way there. Would deffinatly recommend this to a large group of people as it is in a great location and well priced.
We just wanted to say thank you for your service, and for renting us a very nice flat in Barcelona! We were very happy with it, we had a wonderful week-end, and we will recommend you to all our friends.
Great spot just off Las Ramblas, but on the 'gritty' side. The Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for a family of six, with multiple bathrooms. Great location just off Las Ramblas and close to restaurants and the nearby (fantastic) markets. It was pretty well appointed and included wifi. Being in the party strip it could get noisy at times however.
The apartment was ideally situated for our group being so central it was so convenient. It was a comfortable pleasant apartment and we really enjpyed our stay :-)
It's a beautiful apartment for a big group. The location is awesome and it's not that expensive. The only thing we missed, was a dishwasher. I can recommend this apartment to everybody!
Pros: Great location and very nice apartment. Cons: air-conditioning can be weak for hot days.
Good location just off Las Ramblas, the outside door didn't lock so could have been a security issue. Front bedrooms were a bit noisy at night but to be expected bearing in mind the location. The floor throughout was very dirty, but on the whole the apartment was comfortable and offered value for money
To whom it concerns, many thanks for the use of the appartment in sant pau 38, the appartment was in great condition clean and central to all amenities, we will not hesitate to book it again when we are back in town again, hope the condition was to your standard when we left on wednesday morning and our deposit was not needed again many thanks Tony Kearns
Excellent location & excellent value for money
The appartement was really perfect for 12 people. Lot of space, really nice furnitures and beautiful living room. The appartement is located in the old town, 2 min walks from the Rambla, the street is quiet and there are lot of stores in the area. Also really close to Plaza Catalunya and the beach.
Make sure you turn left coming out of the apartment, never right else you end up in a dodgy area. Other than that great location.
Couple minutes walk from Las Ramblas. Comfortable spacious apartment. Clean but towels not inviting. Overall good place to stay.
Great apartment, very central, secure and had space for lots of us with no trouble. Very satisfied with all our dealings, thank you very much.
The location was excellent, bang next to Las ramblas street and the Catalunya Plaza from where one can board the Bus Touristic. The apartment is located in a street with many Asian stores and one can easily get ready to eat Asian food at affordable prices. The local contact man (Andrews)needs to be more accessible as he kept his phone on voice-mail mode. there is no house keeping facility. The taxi-driver from the airport duped us by charging an extra 17 euro by manipulating the meter/supplementary charges. The beaches were fun as was the wine at roadside restaurants at Catalunya. The Cable Car ride to Montserrat was worth the hour long train journey from Espanya Station (R5 line). 100% value for money accomodation.
