 USERRATING 8/10 2012-02-19 by client This is a good apartment in a great location and overall was excellent value for money. Arrival was a bit of a fiasco as we couldn't get through on the number given. Eventually we looked up a number on the website and were told we would be met in 15 minutes. An hour later we phoned again. The woman who answered seemed really cross with us for ringing back which seemed a bit unnecessary.So we spent our first 2 hours in Barcelona waiting around.Please don't say 15 minutes when you're not sure- we could have done something with that time!
