It is very popular in Catalonia and there are some typical Catalan variations that are usually consumed during holidays and for special occasions.

This restaurant is a member of the AN Group that owns various of Barcelona’s best dining places and is perfectly situated on Passeig de Gracia in the very center of the City. It is decorated in an early 20th grocery store style and offers private dining rooms that remind us of ancient wine cellars as well as a very colourful and popular bar and a terrace on Passeig de Gracia during the summer time. The food is of an innovative Catalan style and of good quality and prices may vary drastically depending on the meal chosen. The kitchen is open all day long so that diners can enjoy some great tapas at any time of the day. Besides tapas you can also have a normal dinner. Portions are generous and the atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. There is also a store that offers wonderful dishes and salads to be taken away at fair prices.It is also possible to take your food home, take away food. When you don´t want to cook and you want to have a nice meal, this is a good solution.
