The Monk restaurant/bar/lounge is a very exclusive and select establishment in Barcelona that has a unique concept that makes a visit to this place an unforgettable experience. The model of the Monk is to combine a wonderfully comfortable and select atmosphere with a great artistic show and delicious food and drinks.

There are different theme nights every week that offer a creative performance as well as a suitably themed set menu. So for example every Wednesday one can enjoy Las Noches de Flamenco in which original Spanish dancers perform accompanied by traditional music and a typical menu. On Thursdays during the Opera night one can experience amazing opera singing staff serving a high-class menu to the guests.

Yet the Monk has more to offer than themed nights. An original mix of Mediterranean, French, Japanese and Asian cuisine combined with an Oriental ambience creates that special and select feeling of the Monk. The impressive bar further offers a great opportunity to enjoy a drink and one also needs to note that after midnight the Monk turns into a nightclub with DJs performing live.
