The apartmnet was every bit as beautiful as the pictures suggested. Perfect for a couple on vacation. The Ramblas and Car Ferran were very noise, particularly on the weekend when revelers stayed up until 5 or 6 am. Bring earplugs! You absolutely have to wear them to sleep. Even so, we loved the location. The Bouqueria Market is great for food, and the Placa Real was a favorite hangout.
If staying in the center of whats happening is what you want, the location is perfect.Very close metro station, close to all the best areas in Barcelona. The only price you have to pay comes at night when its difficult to rest due to the extreme noises people do on the street until 6:00am, but remember: you are in Barcelona after all!!
Perfect apartment for 2. Very ideal location, very close to several metro stops, with several attractions within walking distance. Also very clean apartment. Only complaint was a broken freezer door in our fridge, but not tragic. Can be a little noisy if not used to people etc at all hours, but this is to be expected when you choose to live next to La Rambla, however it didn't keep us awake and the keeping the windows closed keeps most of the noise out.
Apartment is in a great location and is more than adequte for a short stay. Washing machine was full of water and dirty plus Tv had come unplugged. Fixed both OK however.
Location is excellent with a metro stop just 50 mtrs away. Can be a little noisy at night but the air con allows you to keep windows and shutters closed. I can honestly recommend this apartment
The apartment itself was lovely. Appeared to be recently remodeled and was comfortable. The location was great except that it was extremely noisy all night long. There was a group of drunks/mentally ill people(?) who hung out below our apartment and yelled all night long. This is right in the middle of the Barri Gotic and there are restaurants and tourist sites and a metro nearby. The gentlemen who met us at the apartment was on time and friendly. The apartment did not have any laundry detergent or hand soap but there were mini-mercados all over the place in the neighborhood. the kitchen is well equipped.
Had a great stay, we really enjoyed Barcelona and apartment. Only 1 small problem: pillows too hard! it would be great if you could get different pillows. Location is a bit noisy through the night, so if you don't like noise, you should choose another location. We loved the atmosphere there. THANK YOU, WE WOULD BE HAPPY YO CHOOSE APARTIME AGAIN.
