The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Couldn´t have chosen a better place to stay, and would use again.

The apartment was perfect for first time visitors to Barcelona. Most of the sights are within walking distance. Easy to access open air and super markets make help to make great use of the kitchen. Amazing balcony views of Las Ramblas, perfect for people watching while enjoying coffee. Windows all around make for awesome lighting. Can't wait to go back! - Alma Banuelos

I will start with the good things: The location was ideal and i would even say perfect.. its right on the ramblas and it was almost the only good thing about the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the heat was working perfectly. The internet connection in the apartment was also working perfectly and in addition to the regular heat radiators there was an air conditioner in every room And now to the bad things: There wasnt enough hot water in the shower even for 1 person. Another thing, is that the sink in the bathroom was unusable. The pipe under the sink had a hole so when we opened the tap. Also, there wasnt enough toilet paper. There were only 2 rolls which wasnt enough for 3 people The man who provided us the key to the apartment was hardly available when we called.

Apartime response: The sink problem was fixed as soon as possible after we became aware of the problem. More toilet paper is available on request.

Very noisy on Fri Sat Nights untill 4.30am

A nice little apartment in a fabulous location overlooking La Ramblas but the noise at night is unbelievable - don't expect to get any sleep before 4am at least! Apartment and facilities not suitable for more than 2 or 3 persons despite being advertised for 4. Staff helpful. Bathroom a bit smelly. To sum up, the best located accommodation I have ever used but I will never be back because of the noise.
