The building lobby is the worse one can imagine, the walls look as if they fall apart! The stairs are narrow and it wasn’t easy to go up with the suitcases. But once we were up there the place was excellent, very big, 3 large rooms (one serves as a living room) and wonderful view to the most amazing market of Barcelona Santa Caterina Market). The apartment was quiet, very sunny and there was air condition in every room. Kitchen is a bit old and should be up dated. Near the Born area which is a big plus.
A perfect location for stay in Barcelona. Near to main atraction. Near to metro -tube. Safe area.Good location. Good neighbourhood. Little problem with air-condition. Strongly advise.

good market close by, when it is open! close to centre, easy to walk or catch metro. bed comfy. bath and shower have mould problem.
Very comfortable big appartment, clean. Very good location, near marcet, supermarcet, a lot of cafe and restorants. You do not need transport to achieve points of interest, including the sea. But somebody may have problems with narrow staircase without lift. But if you are young and healthy everything is OK/
