Great value for money! I paid 85 Euros per night (low season rate) which was much cheaper then any 3 starts hotel in the area. The terrace is great and there is plenty of natural sun light all day. I recommend the Fish and Chips restaurant located at the building entrance.

Very nice apartment with a great rooftop terrace, close to the city and not too far away from the beach. Not the most posh area though.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, right in the middle of things, and with views over Ramblas de Raval that you'll never tire of.
Nice apartment, location & balcony. Walls are a bit thin so noisy neighbours TV bit annoying one night but otherwise great.

Amazing apartment! In a prime location and the large rooftop terrace offers the best of both worlds for a city break complete with sunbathing. Excellent value for money, would definitely return.
Lovely terrace. Great location in heart of Barcelona. Quieter than staying right on Las Ramblas. Very efficient service.
The location was very central. It not in the most secure part of the city. The terrace was fabulous and made our stay really enjoyable. Would have been nice to have some basic extras for cooking such as oil and condiments and a larger coffee pot. The bed is low so not the best for people with restricted flexibility.
Loved the roof top terrace. Now we know hte city and what we like about it - might prefer to be closer to St Jaume, but not disappointed with our selection going in blind as we were.
Only real negative was lack of a corkscrew in the apartment!

Einfach mit super Terrasse (Sonne auf Terrasse von früh bis zum Nachmittag). Zum Strand läuft man 35-40 min., zur Ramblas sind es max. 10 min. und zum Supermarkt 3 min. Uns 4 hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alarmgesichert umd mit WLAN bzw. WiFi. Vor Bezug muss man dort anrufen, damit der Schlüssel übergeben wird. Die öffentlichen Telefone haben alle nicht funktioniert. Gut, dass wir ein funktionierendes Handy dabei hatten.
Teuer ist der Bus vom Flughafen. Also gleich ein Taxi bis zum Appartment nehmen!
We stayed here for a week in August .. found it very easy to move about in Barcelona and a great location from which to visit all the sites. The appartment is about 15 minutes walk from la Rambla or 5 minutes if you take the Metro at Parallel just around the corner. There are cafes/restaurants and small shops all around so bringing groceries back to the flat is not a problem .. somewhat of a bohemian area though so walking home after closing hours might not be recommanded. We had no problems there thought .. found the flat very clean and the terrace was fantastic!
The apartment was in a great location, abut 5 mins walk to la rambla and close to tube station. Really comfortable and the roof terrace is great, really spacious and nice to have dinner out on, sunbathe etc. Lovely and clean, definitely recommend.
