The colorful Sant Antoni Market is near by and you are a walking distance from most of the main attractions of the old city of Barcelona such as the MACBA museum, the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market, the parallel theaters and the Poblesec up coming area.

The apartment has 45 m2 plus 25 m2 of private roof terrace (direct access from the building stairs). It is on the 4th floor of a brand new building (with elevator!).
