This brand new apartment is located in the very heart of Barcelona's old city, just two minutes to walk to the "Rambla del Raval" and 10 minutes to "Las Ramblas". The colorful Sant Antoni Market is near by and you are only a walking distance away from most of the main attractions of the old city of Barcelona such as the MACBA museum, the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market, the parallel theaters and the Poblesec up coming area.
The apartment has 45 m2 plus 25 m2 of private roof terrace (direct access from the building stairs). It is on the 4th floor of a brand new building (with elevator!). The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, a nice living room with a double sofa that can accommodate 2 people, an open kitchen which is completely equipped and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is completely equipped and has air conditioning, TV, CD and DVD with sourrand system, free Internet ADSL connection available. Great apartment for your accommodation in Barcelona.

Very nice, great location. Roof terrace is also very nice. And the shops are around the corner!
Great apartment-being so central, there was some minimal street noise but it did not bother us-good bed and good shower and very comfortable-we felt like we had a private retreat from the energy of Barcelona just outside our door
We were very happy for the apartment.We got exeptional good help from the guy who gave us the key, when the elevater got stock with our loggage inside. Very nice place with a wonderfull terrace on the roof. Best Regards
The apartment itself was fine. Well renovated. The location, a little disappointing. Run down neighbourhood...
Exotic district, friendly people, and the Rambla is only 750 meters distance. Good public transport, the nearest station is only 3 minutes walk. Lovely little shops in the neighborhoods. A fantastic breakfast-place at the end of the street starting front of the building. Friendly staff, good telephone-communication. Higyhly recommend - if you live here, you live in the Real Barcelona.
