This apartment is one of the most popular apartments we have for rental. It is located in the central district Raval, with just a 3 min walk from “The Ramblas” filled with plenty restaurants and shops! You are surrounded with all the attractions that Barcelona has to offer you, for example the Liceu Opera House and the MACBA museum.
It is a very spacious apartment of 90m2, that has room for a maximum of 7 people. There are 2 double bedrooms, which are very spacious and have fitted wardrobes for easy storage. One bedroom has its own private bathroom which is renovated and has a bathtub. There is another renovated bathroom with a shower. The open living room provides a sleeping accommodation for 3 additional persons ( 2 sofa beds, one of which is brand new) . There is a TV . The windows are double glazed to ensure a quiet stay. There is an open kitchen with all the equipment you will need (utensils, cooker, coffee machine etc. ) Furthermore the apartment has installed air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms. For the rooms that are not provided with air conditioning there are air fans. Furthermore there is an elevator and security alarm.
