This large 4 bedroom vacation rental apartment is located in the very center of Barcelona, right next to Plaza Real, near the Ramblas and within walking distance to the beach. The area is rich with nightlife, with a large variety of bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

The apartment itself is suitable for up to 10 guests, the beds distributed as follows:

• 1 room with double bed
• One room with bunk beds
• 2 rooms with 2 single beds each
• Double sofa bed in the living room

The living room is spacious, leading out to a small balcony. There is a flat screen TV, a DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and all the pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery you need to enjoy your stay.

This apartment has 1 full bathroom, and a seperate wc. There is central air conditioning and heating throughout the apartments. It is on the first floor and there is an elevator. Free wifi available in the apartment.

Minimum age for renting this apartment is 30 and it is strictly forbidden to have parties or make excessive noise in the apartment and common areas.
