Lovely brand mew studio apartment of 40 m2 in the very centre of Barcelona, just a short walking distance from Plaza Catalunya and most of major tourist attractions in the old city.

This apartment has outstanding location; on one hand it is less then a minute walk to famous Las Ramblas avenue and Plaza Catalunya, which constitute the very heart of the city, and on the other, although it is in the busiest quarter of the city, it is situated in a quiet and beautiful square (Plaza Vicent Martorell), prohibited to motor vehicles circulation, surrounded by modern bars and restaurants, shops, museums etc.
The Building is a beginning of the century building of classical components and was entirely rehabilitated in summer 2006, including installation of new elevator. This apartment is situated in the first floor and looks to the back part of the building, to an interior patio garden.

The apartment distribution is very simple; it has one large space which includes a sleeping area with a double bed, an open kitchen, fully equipped (dishwasher, grill-microwave, coffee machine, laundry machine etc…), a small living area with a sofa convertible into a double bed and a separate bathroom of lovely design. The apartment has plasma TV, stereo, air condition and heat.

The maximum capacity of this apartment is 4 people and it is an ideal apartment for individuals, couples/couples with one or 2 kids. Great quality-price relation!
