This top quality luxury apartment is one the most exclusive short term rentals apartments in Barcelona. It is located on the famous “Las Ramblas” avenue; just minutes walk to all major tourist attractions in the old city.
The apartment is part of an emblematic and beautiful building (typical beginning of the century architecture) that has been renovated completely, creating 5 unique and brand new luxury studio apartments, as well as an impressive penthouse on the top floor.
This apartment is in one space of 40 m2 which is divided in 2 areas, the living room area and the sleeping area. The Living room is wide and has a double sofa bed. The sleeping area is partially separated with a big wardrobe and has a queen size double bed. In total the apartment is meant to accommodate up to 4 persons. The Bathroom is large and very comfortable, completely separated and has a shower. There are 5 large windows, which allow plenty of direct sun light in.
The apartment is very well equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, toaster, small fridge and cooking articles), plasma TV of 26’’ with DVD-stereo system integrated in it, digital cable TV (TDT). There is also free Internet ADSL high speed connection available as well as washing machine. All the windows are sound proofed (special double glazing glass). There is a central air condition and heat system in the apartment with an automatic programming system. It is 3rd floor; elevator is available in the building.
Location is great, just minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya and all major tourist attractions in the old city, such as the shops bars and restaurants of Las Ramblas, the Liceu, the CCCB, Passeig de Gracia, La Rambla del Raval etc...

You should equipped with more cleaning materials
