Barcelona apartments in Raval

• This holiday apartment is on the 2 floor,
• and has 75 m2.
• There are 2 rooms with the following distribution:
• 4 single beds,
• 1 double sofa beds,
• 1 single sofa beds,
• and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc. All of our apartments come with bedlinen and towels.
• In this apartment there is a minimum stay of 5 nights.
• There is accommodation for up to 7 people.
• It is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the Raval area.

Very comfortable apartment very well located in the Herat of the city, next to plaza Universidad and 3 minutes to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas.The apartment has been recenlty completelt renewed in a very nice historical building that was also very nicely renewed (with elevator). The apartment has 2 bedrooms: main bedroom is large and with 2 single beds (that can be put together). The second room has a bunk bed (of 2 normal size single beds). In the living room there is a double sofa-bed that can accommodate comfortably 2 people, and there is a folded bed for an extra person (that can be also placed in the main bedroom).

The apartment is brand new with parquet floor, blacony with double glasse windows (facing the street), central air condition and heating. The equipment includes linens and towels, complete new kitchen fully equip (stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher...). There is a laundry machine available as well.

Its a classic and historical building that has been restored beuatifuly and has an elevator from street level.
Mostly recommended for families or groups of friends. Although its very central location the apartment is very quiet and the area is very safe and friendly.

Excellent location! In the broder of Eixample with the Old City district. Very close to al Barcelona's main attractions. 3 min. from Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Macba Museum and just next to a metro station.
