Barcelona apartments in Raval

Very comfortable apartment very well located in the Herat of the city, next to plaza Universidad and 3 minutes to Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas.The apartment has recently been completely renewed in a wonderful and historical building that has also been redone (with elevator). The apartment has 2 bedrooms: the main bedroom is large and with 2 single beds (that can be put together). The second room has a bunk bed (of 2 normal size single beds). In the living room there is a double sofa-bed that can accommodate comfortably 2 people, and there is a folded bed for an extra person (that can also be placed in the main bedroom).

The apartment is brand new with parquet floor, balcony with double glazed windows (facing the street), central air condition and heating. The equipment includes linens and towels, completely new kitchen that is fully equipped (stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher...). There is a washing machine available as well.

Its a classic and historical building that has been restored beautifully and that has an elevator from street level.
We highly recommended this apartment especially for families or groups of friends. Although its a very central location, the apartment is very quiet and the area is very safe and friendly.

Excellent location! In the broder parts of Eixample with the Old City district. Very close to all of Barcelona's main attractions. 3 min. from Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Macba Museum and just next to a metro station.
