Beautiful and very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet street just 30 meters from the upper part of the "Las Ramblas".

The apartment has been completely renovated and redecorated recently.Wonderfully located in the very centre of the city, in the gothic quarter, the apartment is in a very quiet, on the first floor in a historical building located in a small street near by the famous "Las Ramlas" avenue and 3 minutes walk to Plaza Catalonia.
This apartment has 65 m2, very well distributed between 2 double bedrooms, nice living room with a double sofa bed and big kitchen. The ceilings are very high and all rooms are exterior.

Although located in the very centre of the city this apartment is completely quiet and tranquil, as it is facing a pedestrian street located between the Ramblas and Petrixol Street.

It is completely equipped: TV + Home cinema and DVD, air condition in both bedrooms and in the living room, central heating, washing machine, full kitchen, linens and towels are always included (in all our apartments). Excellent choice for families accommodation in Barcelona, business men and couples visiting the city for the first time.
