Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with typical architecture of early 20th century style (high ceiling with wood beams, large size windows, original mosaic floor...).

Has been completely renovated and redecorated recently. Wonderfully located in the very centre of the city, in the gothic quarter, just 20 meters from the famous Ramblas avenue and 3 minutes walk to Plaza Catalonia. This apartment has 70 m2, very well distributed between 2 double bedrooms and spacious living room with open kitchen. Its 5 large windows in the living room allow plenty of sun light into the apartment and enhance the feeling of space. TV, DVD and free wifi. The bathroom is complete with a shower.

Although located in the very centre of the city this apartment is completely quiet and tranquil, as it is facing a pedestrian street located between the Ramblas and Petrixol street.

It is completely equipped: Stereo, air condition/heat (in the living room), fans in the bedrooms, washing machine, full kitchen, linens and towels are always included (in all our apartments). Excellent choice for families, business men and couples visiting the city for the first time. It's on the 3rd floor (with no elevator).

The location of this apartment is great, just a short distance from Plaza Catalunya and many of the tourist attractions in the old city and in the Eixample, such as the shops bars and restaurants of Las Ramblas, la Boqueria Market the Liceu, the CCCB , Passeig de Gracia, La Rambla del Raval , the MACBA museum, the El Borne neighbourhood and more… It is a great option for your accommodation in Barcelona and is highly recommended by our clients. Apartment is as seen in Photos. Need thicker blankets if more than 4 people are staying. Location is amazing. Overall, apartment is in a great location and great value for money.

The location is superb. The apartment is potentially very nice. The bedrooms are not equal in size nor in comfort. Not enough closet space (at least in teh smaller room) and the reading light was not adequate. Som eof eh chairs in the dining area were shaky, and the couch in the living rooms had lumps. The television never worked and had not connection to international channels (as far as we were able to discover). The ketchen equipment was excelent as well as teh aircondiion and the water heater. The staff were nto punctual, either during arrival or departure, but they were extremely freindly and helpful.

The appartment is as described in the announcement. Very well located, no problem with children. Life in Barcelona is noisy but not especially this appartment. Nice stay.

At first we were a little bit sceptic. I tried to Google about this apartime-company, and didnt find to much information. But I also didnt find any bad things written about them, so we tried apartime. We dont regret it. The apartment was really nice, the location is really nice. The location of the apartment is great, near the center. However, Roca street is dirty and not such a nice place to walk, especially at nights. The apartment is comfortable and clean, well designed. The service of the staff was very good. When there was a problem with the main entrance, they fixed it very fast. I reccomend it. you get good value for your money

The apartment is simply furnished, the kitchen is sparse (in total the apartment is perfectly clean). The communications and the keys worked very well, the location of the apartment is perfectly stunning!, At night it is also surprisingly quiet for direct Flanierzentrum. Shopping with well equipped supermarket is easily possible. We had great days in Barcelona - thank you.
