• It is located in the centre of Barcelona, in the Gothic area.

Small but cute 2 bedroom apartment completely refurbished since end of 2005. It is very well located in the heart of the Gothic quarter in the old centre and 2 minutes walk to Las Ramblas. The apartment has 2 large bedroom one with double bed and another with 2 single bed. The living room is small but practical. The apartment is equipped with Air Condition  and heat, complete kitchen, TV and stereo. Clean linens and towels are also included. ADSL Internet connection also available. The apartment in 4th floor (without an elevator!). It is very sunny and quiet, as it is high floor and looking in to the back part of the building.The Location is great as the building is situated in one of the most emblematic streets of the gothic quarter: Avinyó street.
