Description
Small but cute 2 bedroom apartment completely refurbished since the end of 2005. It is very well located in the heart of the Gothic quarter in the old centre and it's only 2 minutes to walk to Las Ramblas. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. The living room is small but practical. The apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning and heat, complete kitchen, TV and stereo. Clean linens and towels are also included. ADSL Internet connection is also available. The apartment is on the 4th floor (without an elevator!). It is very sunny and quiet, as it is a high floor and it is looking towards the back part of the building.The Location is great as the building is situated in one of the most emblematic streets of the gothic quarter: Avinyó street.

Climbing up with the suitcases might be a little difficult as it is high floor and there is no elevator. Stairs could be cleaner. However the location is wonderful, the apartment very quiet and the bedrooms are comfortable. The living room is a bit small. All in all really good value for an apartment in Barcelona
Great spot, loved the stay. Unfortunately I would struggle to recommend to families due to the rough characters the location draws. The stairs provided a good workout!
