Our Gracia Loft is spacious, full of light and a comfortable modern duplex located in the lovely Gracia District. This refurbished, completely equipped loft has a great view of the Gran de Gracia street as it’s located on the top floor of the building.

There is a double bed in the upper floor (raised sleeping area) and a double sofa bed in the first floor (living room). This loft can easily accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is an open area to the living room, both fully equipped; additionally there is air-condition which could also work as a heater. A Wi-Fi Internet connection is available, in addition to double-glazed windows and an elevator in the building.

Gracia District is considered as one of the most popular districts of Barcelona with its' small streets, little car traffic, lots of sunny squares, surroundings of restaurants and cafes with terraces, small neighborhood antique shops along with modern premises.

The street "Gran de Gracia" is part of the main core of the city, which is perpendicular to the sea. Being a commercial area it comes from afar, as it was the main street stores and over the old Vila de Gràcia. Today it remains as the most important commercial hub of this part of Barcelona.

As a residential neighborhood, it is one of the most popular in Barcelona, as there is little noise from the street throughout the year.
