A beautiful apartment in the heart of the Born, with 110m2, 4 double rooms, all with double bed, including one very large (15m2) with one double and one single bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is brand new, having been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard in April 2009.

The apartment is very sunny, overlooking a large communal patio.
There is a lounge with two sofas, a large bathroom and a  huge kitchen.

There is internet washer, dryer, dishwasher.
