This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is part of a building that represents Barcelona's modernist architecture of which the city is so famous. Great location as it is situated in a quiet residential area but still walking distance to the city centre. Although this apartment has been renovated and redesigned few years ago, it maintains many of its original features, while adding to it a slightly modern touch and extra comfort. The apartment 1 double bedrooms in suite, another small bedroom with double bed, 2 bathrooms (one with bath tab and the other with shower), nice and very comfortable kitchen (completely equipped). The living room is very specious and sunny and it has 2 large windows. Although this apartment is located in the centre it quiet and enjoys the tranquillity of a high standard neighbourhood. Just 2 minutes walk and you are in the beautiful Paso San Juan with its green areas and nice shops. 10 minutes walk to Paseo de gracia. A few blocks further from the apartment there is one of the most beautiful buildings in Barcelona; "Casa de les Punxes", and just around the corner you can start walking down in Paseo de Gracia, where you will find 2 of Gaudi's most emblematic works: La Pedrera (Casa Mila) and Casa Batlló. And there is no need to mention the endless bars and restaurants, the most luxurious shops as well fashion shops, jewellery etc. Public transportation is available in a short distance from the apartment with plenty of bus lines and the metro station "Verdaguer" which give access to both line 4 and line 5. very recommended as vecation rentals barcelona apartment!
