This budget apartment has a large size 2 bedroom apartment (80 M2) located in the Old City of Barcelona in a square where you will find the recently opened Santa Caterina Market; walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in a very nice area. 2 min. walk to the Cathedral, 8 to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya, 5 min. to the Picasso Museum, 15 to the beach! Very close to the Borne district, where you will find plenty of bars, shops and new "fashion" restaurants, this apartment is mainly its location. From the bedrooms and living room large windows you can see the beautiful renewed Santa Caterina market. Although the entrance of the building and the staircase are old and ugly the apartment itself is in good condition and is of the most comfortable apartments we offer. Its a 3rd floor (with no elevator), it has two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), air condition and heating in all the bedrooms. There is one very large double bedroom with double bed, another smaller bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the separated living room (can be easily converted into 3rd bedroom. The apartment also features a small dining area next to the kitchen (totally equipped with oven, gas stove and microwave). The apartment has got TV, CD player and laundry machine.
