The apartment is located on the Rambla del Raval, with plenty of bars and restaurants, less than 10 min. walk from the famous Las Ramblas and 12 min. to Plaza Catalunya. Close to underground station (L3) and the old port of Barcelona. The MACBA and the CCCB are just 2 minutes walk from the apartment, as well as all the splendid shops bars and restaurants of the Raval.
One double bedroom, complete bathroom (with shower), living room with a double sofa bed, brand new kitchen (includes laundry machine) and exit to a beautiful 30m2 private terrace (with table, chairs and deckchairs) with sun all day long.
