This lovely apartment was completely refurbished and furnished recently with a lot of care. It is located on the second floor of an old but renovated building. The location is excellent, just in the heart of the old city of Barcelona, on a quiet road, only minutes walk to the famous “Las Ramblas” and very close to Plaza Catalonia on one hand and to the lovely Port of Barcelona. The Cathedral of Barcelona, the MACBA, the stylish El Borne neighborhood as well as most of the tourists attractions in Barcelona are all within minutes of walk from this great apartment.

This Barcelona apartment is one of most popular apartments we offer on our web. The main reason for this is its capacity to accommodate up to 10 persons in a comfortable way as well as its excellent location. It is a very large apartment (130 m2) and divided in the following manner: there is one large double bedroom in suite (with bathroom in side), 2 more large size double bedrooms, 1 medium size bedroom with double sofa-bed (no air condition in this bedroom). There is a huge living room with another double sofa-bed for additional 2 persons. There are 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, large dining area, 2 balconies.

All the bedrooms are exterior, that means plenty of sun light and fresh air.

The apartment has full air condition in all bedrooms (except the one with the doulbe sofa bed) and central heating.

It is great apartment for groups travelling to Barcelona or for families.

The apartment is for a minimum of 4 persons!
