London's West End is the home of some of themost famous theatres and performances in the world. Famous play, film adaptations, novel adaptations, disney musicals and all sorts are put ont he stage. The West End has seen a huge range of performers from reality show winners to some of the most highly esteemed actors of the 21st Century. You can find anything to amuse anyone, there are plenty of shows for children but that is not to say that you won't enjoy it as an adult. There are famous musicals and more serious or even scary plays.

Some of the most famous musical productions to have been shown in London's West End are Chicago, Billy Elliot, Grease, Mamma Mia!, Olver! among many others. The more serious drama productions range from more contemporary book adaptations to bits of Shakespeare. The average ticket ranges from about 30 to 60 pounds depending on where you are seated and the shows normally play every night for about three months solid until they move on. However if you miss the opportunity to see one of your favourite's do not worry there is a high chance you will have a chance to see it again if you visit London more than once!

You can buy inclucive tickets which give you a dinner before at a nearby restaurant and than entrance to the show. They are around 60 pounds but mean you can make a really evening of a performance, and you are looked after for the whole night.
