Apartime.com was created in early 2001 as a service for our clients who are mainly non Spanish owners of holiday apartments in Barcelona. Since then we have grown to be one of Barcelona’s leading short term rentals apartments companies, offering in our web a carefully selected variety of apartments that comply with our vision of providing quality accommodation for reasonable prices. What makes Apartime.com so special is the great value that we provide during years now to our clients, value in terms of Cost-Quality relation. This is why many of our clients repeat with us their vacation in Barcelona and recommend us to their friends. All the Barcelona apartments that we offer have been selected based on the following criteria:

• Physical conditions and decoration: Most of the apartments has been recently reformed or are maintained in good conditions. Each apartment is decorated in a unique way, which reflects its special character and gives it a sense of home.

• Equipment and appliances: All of the apartments are completely equipped with furniture and appliances. The equipment includes linens and towels, kitchen and electrical appliances such as TV, CD player and in most of the apartments washing machine, air condition and/or ceiling fans, heating...

• Cost quality relation: we make sure that all the apartments in Barcelona that we announce or manage are cost effective and thus represent great value for our clients.

• Location: The apartments we publish are all located in the centre of the metropolitan area of Barcelona, in residential areas and with an easy access to Barcelona’s public transportation network (Underground, buses, taxi).
